Y\u00f6netim Kurulu taraf\u0131ndan onaylanan s\u00f6z konusu temel y\u00f6netim ilkelerini tan\u0131mlar.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>2- KAPSAM<\/strong><\/p><p>Bu kurallar, H\u00fcma Okullar\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcm y\u00f6neticilerini, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131 ve departmanlar\u0131n\u0131 kapsar.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>3- Y\u00d6NET\u0130M\u0130N SORUMLULU\u011eU<\/strong><\/p><p>H\u00fcma Okullar\u0131 Etik Kurallar\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde, y\u00f6neticiler, s\u00f6z konusu kurallar\u0131n t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara aktar\u0131lmas\u0131ndan ve faaliyetlerin bu kurallara uygun y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesinden sorumludur. H\u00fcma Okullar\u0131n\u0131n en \u00f6nemli varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve \u00f6nceli\u011fi, sahip oldu\u011fu insan kayna\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. H\u00fcma Okullar\u0131n\u0131n \u0130tibar\u0131n\u0131n Korunmas\u0131<\/strong><\/p><p>H\u00fcma Okullar\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 kurum itibar\u0131n\u0131 zedelemeyecek davran\u0131\u015flar sergilemekle y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/p><p><strong>4.2. Kurum Varl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n Korunmas\u0131<\/strong><\/p><p>H\u00fcma Okullar\u0131 b\u00fcnyesindeki t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar kurum varl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 korumal\u0131 ve yaln\u0131zca i\u015f ama\u00e7l\u0131 ve ayn\u0131 zamanda da verimli kullanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p><p><strong>4.3. Kurum S\u0131rlar\u0131 \/ Gizlilik<\/strong><\/p><p>Kurum varl\u0131klar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n en \u00f6nemli unsurlar\u0131ndan biri de sahip oldu\u011fumuz bilgi birikimimizdir. Kurum i\u00e7inde yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z t\u00fcm i\u015flemlerde (projeler, dosyalama \u2013 ar\u015fivleme, e-mail trafi\u011fi, toplant\u0131 konu\u015fmalar\u0131 ve tutanaklar\u0131, masa \u00fczerindeki evraklar vb.) bilginin korunmas\u0131 ilkesi \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde en \u00fcst d\u00fczeyde \u00f6zeni g\u00f6steririz.<\/p><p>H\u00fcma Okullar\u0131 b\u00fcnyesinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ki\u015filer sahip olduklar\u0131 bilgileri (projeler, raporlar, i\u015f ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131, yeni uygulama planlar\u0131, stratejik hedefler, yay\u0131nlanmam\u0131\u015f finansal ya da akademik bilgiler veya veli \/ \u00f6\u011frenci listeleri, velilerin istek ve gereksinimleri, veli tercihleri, y\u00f6nerge, y\u00f6netmelik, prosed\u00fcr, proses, i\u015f al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131, y\u00f6ntemleri ve planlar\u0131 ile ilgili bilgiler ile her t\u00fcrl\u00fc yaz\u0131\u015fma, dok\u00fcman ve kay\u0131tlar vb) hukuk\u00ee ve meslek\u00ee bir mecburiyet olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00fcrece ve kendisine yetki verilmedik\u00e7e a\u00e7\u0131klayamazlar, ki\u015fisel \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131 veya kurum d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki ki\u015filerin \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131 i\u00e7in kullanamazlar, kurum i\u00e7inde de sadece bilmesi gereken \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara, bilginin kurum s\u0131rr\u0131 oldu\u011funu kesin bir \u015fekilde belirtilerek verirler, ba\u015fkalar\u0131na veremezler.<\/p><p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n bu bilgileri koruma y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc; herhangi bir sebepten \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc H\u00fcma Okullar\u0131 b\u00fcnyesinden ayr\u0131lsalar da, s\u00f6z konusu bilgiler kamuoyunun bilgisi dahiline girene kadar ya da bu bilgilerin art\u0131k ticari s\u0131r veya \u00f6zel bilgi olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klanana kadar devam eder.<\/p><p><strong>4.4. \u0130\u015f Arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131zla \u0130li\u015fkilerimiz<\/strong><\/p><p>H\u00fcma Okullar\u0131nda g\u00f6revli t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar birbirleriyle kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 g\u00fcven ve sayg\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde ileti\u015fim ve i\u015fbirli\u011fi yapmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130ster bize ba\u011fl\u0131 eleman\u0131m\u0131z, ister ba\u011fl\u0131 oldu\u011fumuz y\u00f6neticimiz, isterse ayn\u0131 d\u00fczeydeki i\u015f arkada\u015f\u0131m\u0131z olsun, i\u015f arkada\u015flar\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fkiler; her bireyin ortak hedeflere s\u0131k\u0131 ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131k esaslar\u0131yla sar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 e\u015fitler aras\u0131ndaki bir ili\u015fkidir.<\/p><p><strong>4.5. Tedarik\u00e7ilerle \u0130li\u015fkilerimiz<\/strong><\/p><p>H\u00fcma Okullar\u0131na \u00fcr\u00fcn, proje ve hizmet tedariki sa\u011flayan ki\u015fi ve kurulu\u015flarla ili\u015fkilerimizin uzun vadeli ve g\u00fcvene dayal\u0131 olmas\u0131n\u0131 ama\u00e7lar\u0131z. Tedarik\u00e7i ili\u015fkilerinde d\u00fcr\u00fcstl\u00fck ve e\u015fitlik esast\u0131r. Tedarik\u00e7i se\u00e7iminde hi\u00e7bir \u015fekilde \u0131rk, din veya dil ayr\u0131m\u0131 yapmay\u0131z. Ki\u015fisel ili\u015fkileri g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne almay\u0131z. Kurum \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6n planda tutar\u0131z. Tedarik\u00e7ilerden hi\u00e7bir \u015fekilde komisyon ve benzeri \u00f6deme, hediye vb. kabul etmeyiz.<\/p><ul><li>Velilerimizin \u2013 Tedarik\u00e7ilerimizin g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fme taleplerini i\u015fimiz \u2013 zaman\u0131m\u0131z elverdi\u011fi \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde en k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede mutlaka kar\u015f\u0131lar\u0131z. H\u00fcma okullar\u0131nda okuyan her seviye ve s\u0131n\u0131ftaki hi\u00e7bir \u00f6\u011frenciye \u00f6zel ders veremez, \u00f6zel ders, kurs, et\u00fct merkezleri gibi ger\u00e7ek veya t\u00fczel ki\u015filere y\u00f6nlendirme yapamazlar.<\/li><li>G\u00f6revleri gere\u011fi elde etmi\u015f olduklar\u0131 bilgileri haks\u0131z kazanca yol a\u00e7acak \u015fekilde kullanamazlar.<\/li><li>Kurum i\u00e7inde e\u015f veya yak\u0131n akrabalar\u0131n\u0131n terfi veya \u00f6d\u00fcllendirilme kararlar\u0131nda etkili olamazlar.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>4.8. Verilebilecek\u00a0 Hediyeler<\/strong><\/p><p>Hediye verirken kurum k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc ve etik kurallar\u0131na \u00e7ok \u00f6zen g\u00f6steririz. Bu do\u011frultuda verilecek hediyeler i\u00e7in a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki kurallar belirlenmi\u015ftir.<\/p><ul><li>Bu konudaki temel kural, herhangi bir miktarda parasal \u00f6deme veya paraya kolay \u00e7evrilebilir hediye verilmemesidir. Ancak gelenek ve g\u00f6reneklerimize uygun bir \u015fekilde, \u00f6zel veya genel kutlamalar nedeniyle (d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn, ni\u015fan, do\u011fum g\u00fcn\u00fc v.s.) \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n stat\u00fc ve konumuna uygun bi\u00e7imde verebilece\u011fi hediyeler bu kapsam d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndad\u0131r.<\/li><li>Verilen hediyenin de\u011feri,\u00a0 250 TL\u2019nin \u00fczerinde olamaz. \u0130stisnai durumlar i\u00e7in b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn en \u00fcst y\u00f6neticisinin onay\u0131 gerekir.<\/li><li>Verilen hediyelerin, kurumun i\u00e7inde yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 herhangi bir i\u015f, anla\u015fma, b\u00fcrokratik i\u015flem ile ilgili kar\u015f\u0131 taraf\u0131n tarafs\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, karar ve davran\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 etkileme amac\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131mamas\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>4.9. Kabul Edilebilecek Hediyeler<\/strong><\/p><p>Hediye kabul ederken de H\u00fcma Okullar\u0131n\u0131n kurumsal k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve etik kurallar\u0131na \u00f6zen g\u00f6steririz. Kurum ile i\u015f yapan 3. ki\u015filerden hi\u00e7bir \u015fekilde ki\u015fisel bir \u00f6deme veya hediye talep ve bu anlam\u0131 do\u011furan davran\u0131\u015flarda bulunmay\u0131z. D\u00fcr\u00fcstl\u00fck ve iyi niyet anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde kalmak kayd\u0131yla hediyelerin kabul\u00fc ancak a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki kurallar \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde s\u00f6z konusu olabilir.<\/p><ul><li>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z hi\u00e7bir \u015fekilde ve miktarda parasal \u00f6deme kabul edemez. Paraya kolay \u00e7evrilebilen (hediye \u00e7eki v.s.) ara\u00e7lar da buna dahildir.<\/li><li>Parasal \u00f6deme \u015feklinde olmayan hediyelerin de\u011feri 250 TL\u2019yi a\u015fmamak ve kurumu ilgilendiren hi\u00e7bir i\u015f ve anla\u015fmayla ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 olmamak ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 bu konularda etkilemek i\u00e7in verilmedi\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131k olmak kayd\u0131yla kabul edilebilir.<\/li><li>De\u011feri 250 TL\u2019yi a\u015fan nakit d\u0131\u015f\u0131 hediye teklifi veya sunumlar\u0131 ile kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 durumunda, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n s\u00f6z konusu teklifi kabul etmemesi esast\u0131r. Ancak istisnai olarak, \u00e7\u0131kar \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7mayacak \u015fekilde ve bir sebeple sunulan hediye teklifiyle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 durumunda, y\u00f6netimin yaz\u0131l\u0131 onay\u0131yla bu t\u00fcr hediyelerin kabul\u00fc de s\u00f6z konusu olabilir. Yaz\u0131l\u0131 onaylar, \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lan b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn en \u00fcst y\u00f6neticisinden al\u0131n\u0131r. Hediyenin kabul edilebilece\u011fine dair al\u0131nan onaylar, izni alan tarafta muhafaza edilmelidir.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>4.10. Sosyal Medyada Kullan\u0131m\u0131<\/strong><\/p><p>Sosyal medya kullan\u0131rken hem kendi itibar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 hem de H\u00fcma Okullar\u0131n\u0131n itibar\u0131n\u0131 korumaya b\u00fcy\u00fck ve hassasiyet \u00f6zen g\u00f6steririz. \u015eahsi hesaplar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 kullan\u0131yor olsak bile bir e\u011fitim kurumunda g\u00f6rev ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zdan dolay\u0131 H\u00fcma Okullar\u0131n\u0131 temsil etti\u011fimizi biliriz. Bu nedenle kurum\u00a0 k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc ve marka sayg\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 korumakla y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcy\u00fcz.<\/p><p>Bu ba\u011flamda H\u00fcma Okullar\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131;<\/p><ul><li>Bir sosyal medya platformunda yapaca\u011f\u0131 yorumun veya payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n bireysel olarak kendisine sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131 etkinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra H\u00fcma Okullar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da sa\u011flayacaklar\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnerek hareket eder.<\/li><li>H\u00fcma Okullar\u0131na ait hi\u00e7bir gizli bilgiyi, onaylanmam\u0131\u015f geli\u015fme, m\u00fczik, video, yaz\u0131 ve g\u00f6rseli \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc ki\u015filerle yaz\u0131l\u0131 izin olmadan payla\u015fmaz.<\/li><li>Siyaset, din, ter\u00f6r, cinsellik gibi konularda yorum yapmaktan ve taraf olmaktan ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131r. Devletin kurum ve organlar\u0131n\u0131 ya da di\u011fer \u00f6zel kurulu\u015flar\u0131 a\u015fa\u011f\u0131lamaya y\u00f6nelik payla\u015f\u0131mlarda bulunmaz. Bezdirme, Hedef G\u00f6sterme ve Kurban Se\u00e7me<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n kurum i\u00e7inde yaln\u0131z b\u0131rak\u0131lmas\u0131na neden olacak davran\u0131\u015flar ve s\u00f6ylentiler i\u00e7ine girilmemeli, hedef g\u00f6sterilmemeli, psikolojik bask\u0131 olu\u015fturabilecek bezdirici davran\u0131\u015flarda bulunulmamal\u0131d\u0131r.
