Okulda \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 etkilemek, etkin bir de\u011fi\u015fim i\u00e7in gerekli olan g\u00fcven ortam\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturabilir. Fakat okulda etkileme taktiklerinin kullan\u0131m\u0131, g\u00fcven ortam\u0131n\u0131n yok olmas\u0131na da sebep olabilir. Bask\u0131 ve kurallara uygunluk gibi b\u00fcrokratik kontrol bi\u00e7imleriyle ilgili etki taktikleri, de\u011fi\u015fim i\u00e7in gerekli g\u00fcven iklimini olu\u015fturamayabilir. Rasyonel ikna ve dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k, ortak de\u011ferler olu\u015fturma gibi taktikler g\u00fcven ikliminin olu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar. \u00d6rne\u011fin e\u011fitim \u00f6rg\u00fctlerinde okul y\u00f6neticisinin, bask\u0131 takti\u011fini kullanarak \u00f6\u011fretmenleri etkileme \u00e7abas\u0131 sonu\u00e7suz kalacakt\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u00f6\u011fretmenler, kurallar gere\u011fi okul m\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn verdi\u011fi g\u00f6revi yapmak zorunda gibi olsalar da, \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin bask\u0131 takti\u011fi ile etkilenerek bir g\u00f6revi ba\u015farmalar\u0131 pek olas\u0131 de\u011fildir.
