Bireyin farkl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, e\u015fitsizlik olarak de\u011ferlendirilmemelidir.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Bu ba\u011flamda e\u011fitim demek; bireylere f\u0131rsat e\u015fitli\u011fi sa\u011flamak demek, bireylerin yoksun bulundu\u011fu durumlar\u0131n devlet\u00e7e fark edilip giderilerek bireyi e\u011fitime dahil etmek demek ve bu durumda bireyin ya\u015fant\u0131s\u0131nda g\u00f6zle g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr, istenir de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fin meydana gelmesi demektir. T\u00fcm bu s\u00fcre\u00e7lere bireyi dahil etmek toplumsal hareketlili\u011fe ve verimlili\u011fe olumlu katk\u0131da bulunacakt\u0131r.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>E\u011fitimde f\u0131rsat e\u015fitli\u011fi kavram\u0131 sunulan e\u011fitim olanaklar\u0131ndan t\u00fcm \u00f6\u011frencilerin ayr\u0131m g\u00f6zetmeksizin e\u015fit bi\u00e7imde yararlanmas\u0131n\u0131 kapsamaktad\u0131r. Bununla birlikte sunulan olanaklar\u0131n da e\u015fit hale getirilmesi ikincil bir ama\u00e7 olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Zira \u015fehir merkezinde bulunan bir e\u011fitim kurumunun imkanlar\u0131 ile bir da\u011f k\u00f6y\u00fcnde bulunan e\u011fitim kurumunun olanaklar\u0131 da e\u015fit de\u011fildir. Bu durumda her ne kadar ayr\u0131m g\u00f6zetmeksizin \u00f6\u011frencilerin mevcut imk\u00e2nlardan e\u015fit oranda yararlanmas\u0131 sa\u011flansa da, sunulan imk\u00e2nlar e\u015fit olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan yine bir f\u0131rsat e\u015fitsizli\u011fi ortaya \u00e7\u0131kacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>E\u011fitimde f\u0131rsat e\u015fitli\u011finin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 \u00e7abas\u0131 giderek ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7 bir ideale d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmektedir. E\u011fitim alan\u0131nda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan e\u015fitsizliklerin kayna\u011f\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde \u201c\u00fclkenin toplumsal yap\u0131s\u0131na, kazan\u00e7lar\u0131na, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel zengin\u00adliklerine ve de\u011fi\u015fik toplumsal gruplar aras\u0131ndaki g\u00fc\u00e7 da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n e\u015fitsiz\u00adli\u011fine s\u0131k\u0131 s\u0131k\u0131ya ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r\u201d. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla toplumlardaki kategorik ve s\u0131n\u0131fsal farkl\u0131la\u015fmalar e\u015fitsizli\u011fin belirgin alanlar\u0131 olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131karlar. \u00dcstelik ya\u00adp\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla ve her t\u00fcrl\u00fc ekonomik, toplumsal ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnsel yakla\u015f\u0131m ve yat\u0131r\u0131ma ra\u011fmen toplumlardaki belirtilen e\u015fitsizlik alanlar\u0131n\u0131n a\u015f\u0131lma\u00ads\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Toplumsal e\u015fitsizlikleri giderebilecek bir geli\u015fme olarak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclen toplumsal hareketlilik beklenen d\u00fczeylerde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmemektedir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla s\u0131n\u0131f toplumunun \u00e7eli\u015fkilerini, e\u015fitsizliklerini or\u00adtadan kald\u0131rmada e\u011fitimin g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir etken oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmamaktad\u0131r.
